This would be useful, for example, after changes to data type, precision, scale, etc. Name changes are perhaps more difficult, so could remain out of scope for the first implementation.
To make it really useful, it could run through a dialog each time a change is detected, with Yes, Yes to All, No, No to All and Cancel buttons.
A beneficial side effect is that such a tool would encourage folks to maintain the linkages between table definitions in the Repository and their job designs.
