Path for QS Metadata Import log file

Post by saadmirza »

Hi,
I am facing a problem when importing Metadata plugin info for QS...The values that i need to enter:
1. What should I enter in Project Directory?
should I enter the Projects folder path under which all QS folders are created(like Data, Controls etc.)?
2. What should I enter in Log File?
The default value shows C:\tmp\QualityStageMDImport.log which is no where found?
If I enter different path value in the Log file Text box, I get the following error:
"QSRT Job Failed : Please check QSRTMNGR log

Please suggest,

make \tmp\ \temp\ that should solve the problem.. If not, come back to us and see what we can come up with..

Search for the log, note where it is, and set that location as the value. Filtering your search by date modified will reduce its duration.

If "it is real urgent" then your premium support contract with your support provider will gain you a "real fast" response. This is an all-volunteer site; we don't do "urgent".
