QS plug-in in DS

Post by akrzy »

Hi all,

My QS job produces "Overflow blocks".
Is it possible that this is the reason of the problem with working QS plug-in DataStage?
I have the following error in DAtaStage logs:
"Failed to run an iteration of the QualityStage job"
Regard,

Anka,
is this a match job where you are running into block overflow problem?
What's going on when you try to run the job in QS alone?
Also, what are the stages of the job?

The more information you can give us, the better..

Cheers..

A quick tip, the QualityStage plugin has a trace level property that can be set to 0, 1 or 2 to providing additional debug messages in DataStage. I always turn this value into a job parameter so I can change it at run time, makes it easy to debug problems such as this. It may give you a bit more information on what is going wrong. You can also look in the QualityStage real time manager log file for messages or in the log file directory of the QualityStage job.
