SAP plug in

Post by admin »

Are you attaching to one of those projects that has the SAP PACK installed?
The SAP PACK must be explicitly loaded into each project that will be using
it.

Subject: SAP plug in

Hi Everyone,

I have small problem. I have installed SAP Plug in on
my client machine, but when I am creating a new
project, the'PACK' (which shows the 'EXTRACT' and the
'LOAD' icon for SAP) option does not appear in my new
Project.

For information, I am using DS ver 7.0 on UNIX.

It would be of great help to me, if any one could let
me know the reason for it. Is there any kind of other
set up that's need to done?

Thanks & Regards,

Bipul

(P.S :- There are couple of projects which are already
created, which has that 'PACK' option enabled)

SAP plug in

Post by admin »

Hi Craig,

Sorry for asking very naive question, but how does one
load SAP PACK in each project. Because as far as I
know, one just needs to insert the SAP BW disk on the
server and the system should take of all the other
issue.

Regards,

Bipul

SAP plug in

The documentation that came with the software tells how to install the
server and client side software.
You do have access to the documentation, right?
