Cannot open job

While working on my notebook copy of DS today, I had too many telnet sessions open and hit the user limit on UV.

Now, anytime I try to open a job from Designer I get the error "40531 The Object Manager call to open an existing job could not be made, or failed within Object Manager."

Even a re-boot does not clear this condition.

Any ideas on what I messed up and how I fix it?
