Need Plugin to connect InfoSphere Data Architect and TFS

Post by vintipa »

Hi Experts,

I Need a Plugin to connect InfoSphere Data Architect and TFS (Team Foundation Server) . The Data Architects need to check-in the models directly into TFS hence need this one.

Please can you let me know this Downloadable file name ?
Also, let me know install location as well. Appreciate your response.

Regards,
Vinay.

Do you have an official support provider? That's who I would be hitting up in your shoes...

Would it be acceptable to import the models into the IIS metadata repository from Data Architect then use a bridge to export from there to TFS?

Team Foundation Server ...is that another Source Code management system? I haven't ever heard of that one, but perhaps it is another Eclipse based offering that "perhaps" IDA could connect to? I am not an IDA expert and don't follow it closely, so maybe something was done formally, but if not, I would probably want to look at what any such tooling could do with the actual .dbm and .ldm models that are under the covers as generated by IDA....save/source control those.
