Thick Client Login issue

Hi All,

we have installed the data stage 11.5 in unix initially I was able to login to clients (thin/thick). But unfortunately unable to login to thick clients now and getting timed out error 81015.

Is the dsrpcd process running, and listening on port number 31538?
