Is it just me, or has DSXchange become really slow of late?

The last several weeks have been hit or miss when loading DSXchange web pages. :?

Sadly, I'm more shocked when it isn't slow. :(

It seems worse lately. Has POTUS limited the number of network packets that are allowed to enter/leave the USA? :P
