Job abort with processmgr/msgport.C: 502 error

We are migrating from datastage 8.5 to 9.1. A parallel job which has few lookups and a change capture stage(with sorted input links) is aborting with the following error. Please help.

node_node1: Internal Error: (endOfBuffer_ > currentInputPosition_): processmgr/msgport.C: 502

Pretty sure you'll need to involve support on that one... couldn't find another posting here that mentioned that error.

Paste any other error messages you are getting.
Look at the warning messages as well.

There were a lot of Metadata related fixes between 8.5 and 9.1. Those can easily trip you up if you did not address them.
