Delete data from sap custom table

Delete data from sap custom table

Hi,
We are using abap extract stage to pull data from SAP. There are few custom table build in SAP for datastage only we want to truncate or delete that table once we extract the data .

Is there any option in abap extract stage to do it if not what are other options.
