Regarding error message in AVI

Post by midmaxds »

Hi,
We have installed and configured AVI in our system.
I am running a sample job with some address data in a text fileincluding,
Address, city, province and country. But the job always fail with the below error:

AVI,0: The lqtcr library has not yet been successfully initialized. Check that you specified the correct directory for
the reference files or you may need to complete the installation process again.

The output is re-directed to a text file.

I have tried giving full permission to all files and directories and tried re-installing to different path, but no luck. This is the first time we are doing this. Could you please help.

Please verify your environment settings, ensuring that $PATH and $LD_LIBRARY_PATH (or $LIBPATH) is pointing to where lqtcr*.so library file is.

Make sure you are pointing to the correct directory for the reference files that you installed with the 'AVI Install Manager'.
Also, make sure that you have installed the Quarterly Update that comes out at the same time as the reference files.

Thank you all.
we did re-install and corrected the $PATH and $LD_LIBRARY_PATH now. Working fine :)
