Did you have any overrides in your v8.1 rule set?
You also need to find out why ROAD was classed as V in your v9.1 rule set. Again, do you have any overrides, particularly classification overrides?

Good, that's one possibility eliminated. Now check your 9.x rule set as per my second question.

I changed the input pattern using overide in USADDR.SET and added them to override summary? is this the correct way to make it work? after rerunning the job I do not see the address is handled correctly where as testing using USADDR.SEt gives me the correct result.

No, I haven't done any change to the rule set yet. I don't understand the overide option. Unless I add new rule for the override pattern in the rule set doesn't tit work?IS there any example to add new rule the rule set designer? Please let me know.Thank you...
