QS - cyrillic characters in standardization

Hi, all.
I created in Data Quality the Rule Set.
When I am trying to add cyrillic characters into Classification (*.cls) or Lookup table (*.tbl) I get an error
Error message: Error importing object to repository from file 'C:\IBM\InformationServer\Clients\Classic\QS_TEMP\stand_a.CLS', error number=-10 UnableToDecodeData
What value and where I can changed?

You will also need to set your Windows client to Russian via Control panel.
