Convert EBCDIC values to ASCII in MQ connector stage

Hi,

I have a scenario where the message is being posted from the mainframe to MQ and the message is in EBCDIC format. While I am trying to read the message from MQ using MQ connector stage it is showing me the format as "MQSTR". I am trying to read the message as Longvarchar.I tried to convert the message from EBCDIC to ASCII by selecting the option message converion in MQ, i tried to give different encoding values.but it didnt help. Please let me know how to convert the ebcdic values to ascii in MQ. Thanks in advance.
