Client throws an error as failure in repository access....

Hi,

I have facing issue while login datastage client.

Error message is:
"An error occured while retrieving the folder content for "/" : Failure in repository access interface."

Datastage engine and services are in AIX cluster mode. DB2 is a database.

Datastage version is 8.5

Client is install on windows 7.

Please provide your inputs.

Look at the WebSphere Application Server log SystemOut.log to determine the exact cause.

For example, the password for accessing the database may have expired.

This error was resolved by opening all the DataStage required ports from the firewall.
