Custom Rule Set Output Columns Missing

Hi all, I have created custom rule set by copying existing CANAME set. I have changed length of come columns in dictionary file and added couple names in classifications, Everything was working fine for about 2 months,
Today I was creating new job with standardization stage that uses this rule set but there was no standardized columns in the output. Stage properties->output->columns I can only see my original input columns but no output from the rule itself. Opened an existing job and same situation.
If I run job that has been compiled previously it works fine. It looks like issue is at the client side. I have cleaned QS_TEMP folder but no help here.
If I open rule set itself it looks ok and test funcion works fine.
Anybody seen this before? I have lot of jobs that are using this custoized rule set and would like to avoid trouble of recreating it from scratch if possible.

Well I made copy of the rule set in question and copy works ok.
So delete/rename and it is ok now.

Might someone else have been playing with the dictionary file?
