Map the table definition columns to the c code in buildop

Map the table definition columns to the c code in buildop

I am unable to map the table definition columns to the c code in the build op stage.
I have 5 source columns which i am using in the c code and the result from the code is 5 columns.

i need to map the input columns to the c code, and map the result to the output columns.

Could you please help me how to do it?
