Typetree properties

Please anyone revert, why the below property in typetree needs to be setup.

If the input file type is a Fixed length ASCII with each fields having different Min / Max values and Pad = Yes, then check if the Records Format = Explicit, Track = Content and Component Syntax = Fixed

Record format can be either explicit of implicit. If it's explicit, the items in the group define the structure.
