Flat files in Profile Stage

Can we use flat files in Profile stage to analyse the data elements in the falt file? If so, how does it work?

Yes. You need to import or create the "table definition" of the flat file, so that ProfileStage understands where the "columns" begin and end, and where the "records" end.

Another words you need to create a DSN for it.
