Allow the following to be entered for environment variables:
Help text.
Categorise user defined variable instead of all variable being under 'User defined'.
All of this should be done in the Administrator Module and an option should exist which allows you to copy these variables to other projects.

I agree with you.
Not the best way but there is a manul way to copy all the user defined environment variables from one project to other project.
Basicall extracting them from DSParams file using a search for "User Defined" and then copying into other project's DSParams file.
grep for "User Defined" on the file $DSHOME/../Projects/<projectname>/DSParams
