Hash Files

When using Hash files in DataStage, the system does not seem to find the customized filepath to the Hash file.

Is anyone familiar with this kind of problem?

No. The system doesn't "find" anything. You have to provide the location and name of the hashed file. In a Hashed File stage, you provide the pathname of the directory in which the hashed file exists (or is to be created) in the Stage properties, and the name of the hashed file in the link properties. A common error is to forget the latter, which means that the hashed file is created with the same name as the link. If creating the hashed file in an account, the account name can be left blank, in which case the hashed file will be created in the current project.

I am not clear what you mean by "the customized filepath". Please elucidate.

And please use "hashed file" rather than "hash file"; the former is the technically correct terminology.
