ODBC BIND19 problem for DB2 Wire Protocol on DS 7.0

Hi All,

Any one faced this kind of problem?
I am traying to configure ODBC setup for DB2 Wire Protocol. I have done necessary modifications for .odbc.ini, uvodbc.config for DB2 Wire Protocol.
When I am using bind19 <dsn name> I am getting this error.

$ ./bind19 odbcdwd
User Name: XXXX
Password: XXXX
Package creation failed!: Incorrect object length.

I cross checked all variables in dsenv. every thing looklike fine.

Vasu,

Are you absolutely certain that the DB2 Wire Protocol works with ***PX*** 7.0? I believe that previous versions of PX did not use the uvodbc.config or .odbc.ini.

Hi BP,

My Problem is regarding DataStage 7.0 Server jobs. Just now I corrected PX to Server Jobs on my post.
