Unidata connectivity

Having issues connecting to a Unidata database through DataStage 4.0 on a Windows based machine. We have modified the uniapi.ini file and tried using the protocol 11, 12, 13 in the [variables] section and input an entry in the [servers] section.

When we try to import the metadata from within DSManager we get the following message: UniData Client error: call to UniOpenPos returned 203 - connect() failed:
10061: Connection refused (Missing or invalid entries in server configuration files)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
