Change Capture stage is inactive

Hello,

I have never used "Change Capture stage" after I joined this company but for the first time I need it and I do not see it in the Palette so I tried to add from the Project/Stage Types/Parallel/Processing but it is inactive.
Can you please help me on this. Please let me know how can I activate it.

If you have the Data Quality bundle for Information Server, then you will only have access to the DataStage core. Most of the special purpose stages will not be available to you.

Verify your Information Server bundle.

This can happen if you have a QualityStage license but not a DataStage license (or if you have the IIS for Data Quality bundle as mentioned above). QualityStage only has access to a subset of DataStage stages and CDC is one of those stages you cannot use under a QualityStage license. To activate it you will need a DataStage license. Otherwise build your own CDC capability using Lookup and Transformer stages.
