You can export the project, replace the string and import it back.

Take the project back up. it might create issue if you did mistake.

Notes: Import it in a new project and see how it looks like!

First - you should know that editing a dsx file and loading it is not supported by IBM. If you corrupt your project, Customer Service will not assist in the recovery.

I would suggest changing the parameter sets manually and then exporting only the jobs and sequences you know require mass updates, and not the entire project. (ie: Limit the damage if there's a problem).

Keep an original unmodified copy of the dsx file so you can revert the jobs if there is a problem.

Be very careful to not change syntax in the files when you edit them.
