Data duplicate result set from 2 source matching

Post by longma98 »

Hi all,

I am trying to work out an example of 2 source matching (multiple-to-one multiple).

In the source data set i have created 2 rows with exactly the same values for all columns. I have also created 2 matching rows in the reference data set.

After the job is run, both rows in the source data set matched 1 row in the reference data set, and the other matching row in reference data set went into reference duplicate output data set.

My question is that whether one of the identical row in the source data set should go into data duplicate output data set instead. Is there anything I need to set to make it go to data duplicate output data set?

Thanks

LM

You could try switching the order of the input links to the stage.

You're currently getting the Reference Duplicates.
Did you select the option to output Data Duplicates?

All 7 outputs are selected and linked to datasets
