Issue with posting URLs.

Correct text does not appear for some of the URLs while trying URL tags in format

Yes, long standing issue. The # in the URL breaks the phpBB code, it seems. Upgrading to a less than ancient version would probably solve the problem but I'd be surprised if that happened.
