I have create rule in IA, I have done binding for rule set for particular table.
But i don't know how can schedule so it will run and send matching and
un-matching data client.
Can any one help to automated the send report the result of rule set.

When you run the job don't choose Run Now on the Scheduler tab. Choose either of the other two options. As to the second part of your question you will need to be more specific about what you mean by "send" - but typically you can grab results using the command line interface or the REST API.
