premium membership ACCESS ISSUE

It has been more than 48 hours since i purchased premium membership
to dsxchange and my profile is not updated.

please moderator approve access to premium membership so I can access premium content. 8)

Sorry but Moderators have no such power. All I can do is move you over to the proper forum. As in this one.

Probably wouldn't hurt to read the replies to some of the other people who have had your issue.

When I renewed, I did not recall seeing anything saying it would take under 48 hours. I would expect it to take 2 to 3 business days, based on my experience. I last renewed on a Friday evening, which was after hours. By the following Tuesday (2 business days), my status had been updated. Good luck!!

good to know. It has been 2 full business days. My status now says premium member when i reply. However I still cant view any premium content. Hopefully I am able to view by the end of the day today :cry:

i did follow up with the membership director so he is aware of it

I am trying to view this thread and I cant view Ernies reply. Says premium content.

As noted elsewhere in this forum, I've been told in the past that the best email to use is "editor@dsxchange.net". (note that it is .net and not .com)
