Hi Editor\Admin,
We have a group premium account for user code "ami". I recently started getting account inactive message while logging on and it's not letting me to logon \ follow forgot password etc. Have sent email twice to the webmaster and also to membership.director - no responses from any of those.
The membership is up for renewal 20th of this month.
Could someone please resolve the issue with this account?

I just checked and everything looks good for user "ami". I just changed a minor setting and hit "update" to see if it resets your access.
Can you try again? If it still shows as non-working then Dennis (Editor) will have to look into it. Even though I'm an admin, I don't have access to the billing / authorization part of the system.
