not able to drop AVI stage icon in to a new job

Hi I have installed AVI ver 10 on server and client .

I ran an existing job and it ran fine.
But when I create a new job and drag address verification stage I receive
the following error.

(40906) unable to create new object AVI.

IIS8.7
os : AIX
client machine :windows7.

And especially for something obtuse like that... I have no idea what "AVI is, it would probably have helped to spell it out.

Anyway, does this happen just to you or everyone? Basically trying to see if you've got a client problem or something else.

Is this truly AVI v10? If so, please contact your beta program administrator.

It is address verification interface ver 10.

i am not sure if its related to client .

DSCOMPONENT was not updated properly during initial install.

so we have uninstall AVI and reinstalled it forcefully .
