Read the documentation on the AVI stage, and the information about address rule sets, let us know what YOU think, and then we'll guide you.

We believe in helping people to learn, and that simply providing answers "on a silver platter" does not achieve that end.

hi

After i had a glance at the same.

i felt AVI is just an empowered addr and area rules set
and also a combination of addr and area rule sets

I want to hear your thought on it as well

Read it more closely. There's a fundamental difference between the two that you didn't pick up from your glance.

 Contrast the terms "standardization" and "certification".
