Provisioning rule set for DS/QS migration

Post by nilanjan »

Hi,

While migrating my DS/QS code from DEV to CAT I need to do 'provision to all' to a particular ruleset. Each time I import the code to CAT I need to set this to make it run.

This is only applicable to a ruleset corresponding to JAPAN Address standardization. Rest of the rulesets do not show this message.

I am using 8.5.0.2 version of IIS server. Can anybody tell me the reason of this error ? How to resolve this ?

Thanks,

Hi nilajan,

QualityStage User's Guide:
"You need to provision new, copied, or customized rule sets from within the
Designer client before you can compile a job that uses them."

Think about it like linking a library to the source-code before compiling it.
Without this step your source-code is incomplete and won't compile.
