Business Glossary Import

Post by U »

Is there a command line equivalent for the Business Glossary importer?

We are looking for a way to automate import of new/changed terms into Business Glossary. Currently those terms are maintained in a Microsoft Excel workbook - the import would be triggered by detecting a newer date/time modified of the XLS file than was previously processed.

But if there's no command line, this planning might all be for nought. :(

Depending on your release you would use the "Import/Export Manager". This will be replaced in the future with the Import MANager.

Yes...take a look at istool. As of about 8.1.2, istool was updated to support BG...
