Add aditional compilation capabilities to job exports.

Please add the capability of compiling jobs when doing an export from a project which is not protected. So, jobs which are not compiled when exporting will attempt to be compiled if this option is chosen.

Thus, add a drop down:
Export job designs with executables (compile if missing)

Then, when doing an export and this option is selected (non-protected project), the export will first check to make sure all jobs have executables available (are compiled) and thus which do not will first be compiled and any failures will result in appropriate feedback. Then, extract the information to the provided export file.
