Deleting Information Analyzer DataStage Jobs

Post by ray.wurlod »

Information Analyzer uses osh scripts to do its work; they run in a dedicated DataStage project called ANALYZERPROJECT. The DataStage jobs that it runs can be viewed using DataStage Director. However, it is not possible to delete these jobs using DataStage Director: the following message is displayed when the attempt is made.
The following objects do not exist, and can not be used as a source: jobname
Being purely osh, these jobs are not visible at all in the DataStage and QualityStage Designer.

Because there are likely to be corresponding DataStage objects in the common Information Server repository, I am loath to delete these jobs from the local DataStage repository only.

Does anyone know how properly to delete the DataStage jobs associated with Information Analyzer?
