I'm actually learning with datastage through simple exercices and I got stucked with this error during the compilation of a job ...

Well, I have no idea why this is happening, I'm using french characters with a oracle bd.

Add APT_DISABLE_COMBINATION environment variable as a job parameter in your job, set it to True, and re-run the job. This will help to diagnose in which stage the problem occurs.
