column manipulation

I have two columns

ParaName ParaOutput
JobName xxxxx
JobStartTime xxxxx

I need to convert columns into rows..

how to convert, which stage i need to use

please help me

What you are trying to do is known as "Vertical pivot".Search the forum with this as keyword and you will have enough info.
