Trouble Deploying Job

Post by adamski »

Hello Again

When I deploy a job that is working in our dev environment, I am getting:

'Standardize Process Definition Directory is missing (rules\SENAME); cannot deploy SENAME process'

Upon searching the host, I find a group of *SENAME* files. Instinct tells me to copy them to the test projects directory. I do this and all is good.

Can someone please tell me what I am missing when I deploy froma prject that has already been created and seemingly succesfully deployed from earlier.

Thanks

Hi adamski,

Could you check whether you have given the standardization rules directory when you deploy the standardization job.
you need to give the controls directory location on your machine
ex: QS/bin/Apps/MNV/Controls

Try this, Hope this could resolve the issue that you are facing, If not, try to paste the complete error message.

Vijay

Thanks for the advice. However the Controls directory does exist and is configured in the QS client.

The complete error message is what I have provided.

Thanks

Project definition is stored in a password-protected MDB file. Did you export (as IMF file) from the one QS project and import into the other?
