Hi,
At present i am working in Datastage 7.1.
I need to know about Datastage parallel Extender.How should i install parallel Extender?Should i get a seperate licence for that?Or it comes with the same package? Help me

The software is on the CD, but you need a separate licence.
In version 7, parallel extender is called DataStage Enterprise Edition (or DataStage EE) - this is one of the authorization codes you can enter when installing.
You can NOT license the Enterprise Edition from the Administrator client's licensing window if you only have Server Edition installed.
Get in touch with your software provider who, I am certain, will be more than happy to sell you a DataStage EE licence.
