DB2 Bulk Loader

Environment

Database- DB2 (not an UDB,it is DB2 v7.2 on OS390)
DataStage PX ver 7.0
Stage used - DB2/UDB Load

Question

Is it possible to use, have any of you used this stage to Bulk insert record into the database ?
When you look at the properties for it these are the things where I am struggling is how to enter the values for ....

( INPDATA.DAT, CMD.CLP,ULOAD.BAT)

If anybody has used this stage before, please revert asap.
