UDBLoad Stage

What are the "ideal" values to use in the UDBLoad stage properties like Rows
Buffer Size, Save Count, Data Buffer Size, Sort Buffer Size, CPU
Parallelism, Disk Parallelism, etc?

I know that defaulting CPU and Disk Parallelism to 0 would mean that the
load utility will calculate a value at run time. Is
the calculated value the best value to use? Does DataStage have control of
any of these parameters?

If for example, I default both CPU and DISK Parallelism to 0, how does the
load utility calculate the value at run time? What are the criteria/info
that the load utility uses to come up with the best value?
