Hi Mandy,

You can create configuratuion files in Datastage Manager. The configuration basically depends on the environment(SMP,MPP). It has been well documented in Datastage Managers Guide.

Hi,

I did was to start from the default.apt that was created during the installation and play with it according to the px developer guide examples.

You can manipulate the apt file either by using the datastage manager (tools --> configurations ...) or by vi or any other editor.

Do read the following DataStage document: man_gde.cfg (DataStage Manager Guide), chapter 11 - "The Parallel Engine Configuration File".
