Would it be possible to generate columns from Teradata into Oracle using the Column generator stage?
I am aware that we can use the schema file option. What would the situation be in both cases? Using schema file and not using schema file. Will I be able to generate columns directly from Teradata/Informix/Sybase into Oracle (assuming I have the privileges to create a table in Oracle).
Thanks,

The only way I could think of doing it this way is to have the Oracle stage recreate the table. But it is definitely not a good idea (as any qualified DBA would gladly explain.)
MetaStage can not do this. ERWin is a possibility, although I do not know that tool well enough to do this.
It is possible to build a simplified script to help with the process, but this is still a manual process in order to achieve optimial settings.
Sorry.
