DataStage Server unable to run jobs

Hi,
We have DS 7.0 as our development server and till date it was running fine. Now all of a sudden we are facing a serious problem.
The problem is now we are not able to run jobs on the Server Engine. We are able to create, save and do other functions on the server except running the jobs. When we click the run option the Server does not perform any operation and nothing is showed in director.

Can someone please provide a solution for this problem.

Please advise what has changed on the server since the time when you could run jobs.

"Nothing" is not the correct answer.

Ask the UNIX administrator, the network administrator, the database administrator(s). Check that the various tables (e.g. process table, inode table) have not become full. Has any software been updated? Have any changes been made to search paths (e.g. PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH)?
