Decimal Rounding

The client is installing a 'New' version of 6.0.1.5 on a server to back up the production server. Apparently there is a patch missing as the 'New' jobs never round up on changes in decimal places, just truncates. Their production system, at the same OS and PX level, works just fine(sort of).
Ascential is no help as yet, and this is holding up lots of work. Anyone have an idea on which patch is missing?

FYI. A unnamed Ascential patch fixed the problem.
