When/why do we get error code1?

One of the Px jobs fails reporting a fatal error : parallel job reports failure(code1). When do we get such an error and what are the possible reasons? The job reads from a sequential file, does DB2 lookups and output to DB2.

Hi,
How many errors are you getting? Pls post the actual error description so that we can know more clearly in which stage the error occurs. Then are you getting any warnings before the job aborts. If so what are the warnings you get. Pls post them also.
The information that you have given is very generic.
Pls give us more info to help you out.

Hi,
I came across this error when the input file does not exist or invalid.. The error does not says anything in detail..

Please check the file path in your Sequential file stage. Before run the job view the data from Sequential file.
