TD Connector:After SQL

Hi All,
Kindly clarify the below on Teradata Connector:
I have a job that writes to TD . First step is to insert the data to temp table and in after sql we are reading the data from temp table and insert into main table
For instance if the After SQL statement fails in the middle of the execution , for instance after inserting 100 records , those records will be committed or roll backed.
The properties in the TD Connector stage will be applicable to the After Sql as well ?
Please Advice.
