How are you loading to target? INSERT, Insert/Update, or bulk load?

Consider that you've been asking extremely general / hypothetical questions and what we're really all about here is peer-to-peer support of specific issues / problems. I'm not sure how you can expect anything but extremely general answers in return...

I think I know the answer...
You look in DataStage Director and click on the Elapsed Time column header to sort and help you find the longest running jobs. Then you can know which ones need performance tuning.
