I get this warning for change capture stage with hash partition.
Unbalanced input from partition 1: 10000 records ...

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

You can't and you don't want to. You have partitioned your data for key adjacency which is a requirement of the Change Capture family of stages.

You can use a message handler to demote the warning, if that suits.
